The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jose at the front desk. He were really good too ensure a great stay. The hotel is in a buzzing area with plenty of attractions nearby. The food at the buffet restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The location was fantastic, with a lively cultural fiesta taking place right next to the hotel.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, close to shopping areas, a beautiful park, and a variety of restaurants. The hotel itself has a good design and creates a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view from the upper floor. Despite being an older hotel, it was clean and the shower was excellent. The hotel staff were helpful and provided useful advice about the area.

We had a great stay at this 4-star hotel! The room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with an amazing night view from the top floor. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the market area and center. The front desk staff was helpful, even allowing us a late check-out. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk away from the bus service to the international airport.
While there were no negative aspects, we highly recommend this place for families seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel provided excellent service, from room service to dry cleaning and housekeeping.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, right next to República square and the subway station. We also loved the fact that we could easily take the airport shuttle service to GRU from there. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, near Republica subway station, making it convenient for exploring. However, the area can be dangerous at night. The rooms are spacious, with a double bed for one person. The breakfast offered good food and the service attitude from the hotel workers was nice. The view from the upper floors was beautiful. there was a fiesta event near the hotel, providing a unique atmosphere.
The hotel had a constant problem with Internet and guests had to pay extra for it.
